El ciudadano Sebastián Fernández de Bobadilla y Atenas, originario y vecino de esta ciudad, hijo de don Sebastián Fernández de Bobadilla y doña María Josefa de Atenas, difuntos, otorga su testamento en la forma siguiente: Manda se sepulte pobremente. Declara ser soltero y no tener sucesor alguno. Nombra por heredero a su hermano don José Ignacio Fernández de Bobadilla y Atenas, y a las tres hijas que éste tiene llamadas María Francisca, María Josefa y María Dolores [de Bobadilla y Gallardo], también hijas de doña María Josefa Gallardo, difunta. Asimismo, nombra por albacea a su hermano José Ignacio Fernández de Bobadilla y Atenas.
