El Bachiller Don Diego Martín de los Reyes, cura beneficiado del partido de Naolinco, dijo haber vendido a Francisco Domínguez Muñiz, hoy difunto, vecino que fue de Naolinco, un sitio de ganado menor, en términos de los pueblos de Maxtlatlán, Chiltoyac y Chicuacentepec, \"en unos montes claros que por medio pasa un arroyo que se nombra Tescantoc\", de que se hizo merced a José Rodríguez, su fecha en la ciudad de México a 15 de julio de 1589, por el precio de 200 pesos de oro común; pero no le hizo escritura de venta, y ahora por la presente, la otorga a favor de los herederos de Francisco Domínguez Muñiz.
