Doña Lucía Josefa Ortiz de Zárate, viuda y albacea de don José Mateo Rubio Roso, otorga que ahorra y liberta de toda servidumbre y cautiverio a Juana de la Trinidad en nombre de don Nicolás Fernández de la Calleja, vecino que fue de Misantla, quien en su testamento dispuso que a la citada esclava la recogiese don José Mateo Rubio Roso, para que le cuidase a su hijo natural Joaquín José, niño que dejó bajo su tutela, y que si en el tiempo de 5 años pariera la esclava lo que naciere, fuese esclavo de dicho niño y que a ella se le diese libertad a los 5 años de servicio .
