Alonso García, vecino de esta villa de Córdoba, otorga que vende a Francisco de Illescas Tinoco, vecino de Cosamaloapan, un mulato criollo llamado Diego, el cual es hijo de una negra llamada Lucía, su esclava, “que traje a mi poder antes que me casase”, de edad el dicho mulato de veinte años. Se lo vende por esclavo cautivo libre, en precio de 475 pesos de oro común.
