Don Gregorio Suárez Tello, dueño de la hacienda de labor nombrada Tenextepec y del sitio de ganado mayor llamado Nacaspatlahua, que hubo y compró a la Obra Pía de Casar Doncellas Pobres que mandó instituir Don Antonio de Guevara Unzueta, y como tal propietario, vende la dicha hacienda y sitio de Nacaspatlahua a José Méndez, vecino del desierto de Perote, en el precio de 2550 pesos de oro común, los 2000 pesos a censo redimible en favor de la obra mencionada y los 550 pesos en reales de contado.
