También menciona que Alonso Rodríguez, vecino que fue de la Veracruz, le adeuda 530 pesos. Nombra albaceas testamentarios a Miguel González [de Figueroa] y a Bernardo López, y como su heredero universal instituye a Miguel González [de Figueroa].
