El Señor don Pedro Pérez de Llera, Alcalde Ordinario menos antiguo de esta Villa, y don José Pérez de Llera, su hermano, de esta vecindad, otorgan poder especial al Licenciado don Francisco Javier de Gorospe Irala y Padilla, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla, para que en sus nombres se presente en el Juzgado del Señor Gobernador e Intendente de dicha Ciudad de la Puebla, donde se halla radicada la instancia que tienen promovida contra don Juan Pedro de Necochea, Subdelegado de la Ciudad de Tehuacán, sobre falta de cantidad de cobres que en su poder se hallaban en depósito, y siga, prosiga, fenezca y acabe dicha instancia.\t
