Vicente Vela, hijo legítimo de Pedro Vela y de Gertrudis Martín Blanco, otorga poder para testar a sus hijos Juan Manuel y Micaela Vela, y a su nieto José Caballero, para que se encarguen de cumplir su testamento, en donde declara se casó por primera vez con María Monrroy, quien no llevó nada al matrimonio y él tendría 200 pesos, tuvieron 1 hija; se casó por segunda vez con María de Peñalosa, tampoco llevó nada a su poder y él tendría como 400 pesos, procrearon 7 hijos, manda se den algunas cantidades de pesos a las personas que menciona en esta escritura, por bienes tiene la casa de su morada en la calle de Techacapa, señala por herederos a sus hijos. Sus bienes, deudas, derechos y acciones que tiene y le pertenecen lo saben sus albaceas.
