El Alférez Gaspar de Atencia Palacios[Gaspar de Atienza Palacios], labrador en el Pago de San Andrés Chalchicomula, como principal obligado, y Juan de Mirueña Soberanes, Teniente de Alcalde Mayor de dicho pueblo, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, toda la cantidad de pesos de oro que montare y valieren las semillas, ganados y lana de su hacienda de San Pedro, Pago del dicho San Andrés, del diezmo del año pasado de 1678, que dicho principal compró al Lic. José de Siles, presbítero colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
