Don Francisco de Castro, de esta vecindad, apoderado de don Francisco Javier Gorospe, vecino de la Puebla de los Ángeles, otorga que da en arrendamiento a don Prudencio y don Manuel Vela, vecinos de la Doctrina del Pueblo de Apazapan, la tierras que pertenecen a la Hacienda de Tuzamapan, propiedad de su constituyente, bajo los pactos y condiciones que se mencionan en la escritura. El arrendamiento es por 9 años, a precio de 200 pesos anuales; y para seguridad del principal, don Juan Manuel Vela, padre de los comparecientes, se constituye fiador y principal pagador, quien asegurará la satisfacción del caudal.
