Don Bernardino de la Fuente, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, Maestro Mayor, examinador y Alcalde del arte de Herrador Proto Albéitar del Obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles, otorga poder especial a José Antonio Matamoros y Joaquín Felipe Sarmiento, para que observen la aplicación de las ordenanzas del arte de herradores, visitando los bancos, viendo el herraje y clavos, y cuando hallen faltas al cumplimiento de dichas ordenanzas, pedirán a la Real Justicia poner multa e impuestos en donde corresponda.
