José García Mellado, labrador en la provincia de Tepeaca, como principal obligado, y José García Mellado (sic), vecino de San Andrés Chalchicomula, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Puebla de Los Ángeles, 225 pesos y 3 tomines y 8 granos de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron y montaron las semillas, ganados y lana de la hacienda del dicho principal, del diezmo del año pasado de 1678, y éste compró al Lic. José de Siles, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
