Don Juan Melitón Lascuráin, y Don Bernabé de Elías Vallejo, ambos de este comercio y vecindad, albacea propietario y sustituto del finado Don Juan Esteban de Elías, otorgan poder especial a favor de Don Esteban Díaz Galván, cura del pueblo de Tamiahua, para que a nombre de ellos y representación, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de los bienes o testamentaria del finado Don Lucas Rafael del Valle, las cantidades de dinero que recibió del difunto Elías, en cuanto del ganado vacuno que contrató con él, como la suma a que asciendan los justos títulos que debe abonar a la testamentaria de su cargo; y a cuyo efecto haga todas las presentaciones, actos, agencias y diligencias judiciales y extrajudiciales que convengan.
