Miguel Merced García, vecino de la hacienda de la Estanzuela, residente en esta villa, otorga poder especial a don Juan Nepomuceno de Urquía, también residente en esta villa, para que en su representación, comparezca en este Tribunal Superior de Segunda Instancia, así como, en los demás que convengan, y en ellos continué y termine el artículo que tiene intentado contra el Alcalde de Santiago Macahuatlan, por la tropelía que despóticamente y con fuerza armada cometió contra el otorgante, destruyendo y arruinando su rancho y residencia en el mismo paraje de la Estanzuela.
