Don Juan Bautista de Echagaray, de esta vecindad, dijo que su hijo don Manuel de Echagaray y Franceschy, ha emprendido la carrera de las armas y sirve en la clase de distinguido en el Regimiento de Infantería de Milicias Provinciales de Tlaxcala, para ello se obliga a contribuir en cada un mes con 20 pesos por todo el tiempo que sirva en la citada clase hasta que ascienda a la de subteniente, y para una decorosa subsistencia y la seguridad en el cumplimiento de este contrato, queda como fiadora su esposa doña Antonia Franceschi, madre del interesado.
