Antonio Sebastián Pérez Padrón, vecino de esta villa de Córdoba, natural de la isla de la Palma en el lugar de los Llanos una de la gran Canaria, hijo legítimo de Sebastián Pérez Padrón e Isabel de la O, difuntos, dijo que las cosas de su conciencia las tiene comunicadas con Antonio Padrón, su hijo, por tanto, en aquella vía y forma otorga poder al susodicho para que pueda hacer su testamento con todas las cláusulas, mandas y legados que por una memoria le dejó. Nombra albacea testamentario al citado Antonio Padrón, asimismo lo nombra su heredero legítimo.
