Antonio Franco Castelán, vecino de la provincia de Tepeaca, como principal obligado, y Gabriel Pérez Moncada, como su fiador, vecino de dicha provincia, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Angeles, 121 pesos de oro común, por razón de otros tantos que valieron las semillas, ganados y lana, del diezmo del año pasado de 1679, de la hacienda de Doña Juana Bautista de Priego, Pago de San Andrés Chalchicomula, que dicho principal compró al Lic. José de Siles, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
