Don Francisco Fernández y Agudo, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga que se constituye fiador y principal pagador por don Manuel Pérez, vecino y del comercio del pueblo de Perote, fiel de la Renta de Tabaco y Papel Sellado en dicho pueblo y sus anexos, en tal manera que éste administrará bien y fielmente estos ramos y otros que de la Hacienda Pública sean a su cargo, desde esta fecha y en adelante. Y si a las rentas de su cargo les resultara algún perjuicio o quebrando, lo satisfará el otorgante hasta en cantidad de 1 500 pesos.
