Don José Antonio Boeta y Salazar, comandante del resguardo de Pueblo Viejo de Tampico, residente en esta villa, otorga poder especial a don Juan Nepomuceno de Urquía, empleado, residente también en este suelo, para que en su nombre y representación, continué y termine el artículo o litigio pendiente con motivo de la declaración de comiso que hizo en dicho pueblo Viejo el alcalde Girón, de cantidad de plata en pasta, en fines del año de 1823, cuyos autos vinieron por apelación a este Tribunal Superior de Segunda Instancia.
