Doña Josefa de la Luz Tapia, residente en esta Villa, mujer de don José María Calderón, Coronel del Regimiento de Infantería de Tlaxcala, otorga que rebaja, remite y perdona a doña Francisca Javiera y a don Agustín Tapia, sus hermanos, la tercera parte del monto de los réditos que ha debido producir el capital que de su pertenencia le reconocen sobre la hacienda de Pateo desde el año de 1816 hasta marzo del presente, y si esta cantidad no compensara las pérdidas por las circunstancias tristes que acaban de pasar, les perdonará las más que necesiten.
