Don José Antonio Medina, vecino y del comercio de esta villa, otorga poder general, en primer lugar a don Pedro Sánchez de Fano, vecino de Quintana, parroquia de Santa Eulalia Baldornón; y en segundo a don Vicente Escurdia, vecino de la villa de Gijón; para que en su nombre y representación, como uno de los hijos y herederos de don Juan de la Medina, su difunto padre, hallen, demanden, perciban y cobren judicial o extrajudicialmente todas las cantidades de dinero, oro, plata, joyas u otros de cualquier especie o porción que le estén debiendo. Y todo en cuanto percibiere y cobrare, den y otorguen recibos, cartas de pago, finiquitos y de más documentos que le fueren pedidos.
