Don Diego de la Torre Arnate, vecino de Jalapa, como principal deudor, y el Lic. Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, cura beneficiado de Jalapa, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, 360 pesos de oro común que importaron los diezmos de menudencias de los españoles y los naturales de este partido, por tiempo de dos años; este presente de 1699 y el siguiente de 1700, a razón de 180 pesos cada uno, en esta manera: 180 pesos para fin de diciembre de 1700, y otros 180 pesos, para fin de diciembre de 1701.
