La señora doña Josefa Ramona Díaz de Oronoz, de esta vecindad, otorga poder al señor su tío don Joaquín de Herrasti y Alba, para que a nombre de la comparente rija, gobierne y administre todos los bienes de la otorgante. Para que lleve adelante los contratos que la misma relacionante tenga celebrados. Para que pueda obligar los mismos bienes a cualquiera responsabilidad. Para que pueda concertar, transigir y convenir cualquier diferencia que ocurra en los asuntos de la otorgante. Para que si en razón de lo expuesto fuere necesario comparecer en juicio pueda parecer en todos los tribunales eclesiásticos y seculares.
