Don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, Regidor Perpetuo del Ilustre Ayuntamiento de esta Villa, vende a don Lucas [José] Lagunes, de esta vecindad, dos casitas contiguas de edificio bajo, ubicadas en la Callejuela que de las gradas del cementerio del Convento de San Francisco sigue para el arruinado Molino de Maniau, a la que hacen frente hacia el oriente con una plazoleta y casa de don Manuel Garcés. Por el fondo, hacia el poniente, linda con solar del finado don Francisco Velad, por el sur con casa de Joaquín Mora, por el norte con casa que fue de don Francisco Delgado. Las vende en 700 pesos.
