Fray José Enríquez, religioso de la Orden de la Caridad, Prior del Convento y Hospital de Nuestra Señora de Belén en el pueblo de Perote, otorga en arrendamiento a Ángela de Malpica, viuda del Capitán Fernando Bazán de Otero, un sitio de tierras que llaman de Las Palmillas; linda al sur con tierras de Tenestepec, al norte por todo el camino que viene al paso de don Juan, al oriente con tierras de la Hacienda de San Antonio Ateguetla, por tiempo de 9 años que han de contarse desde el 9 de junio de este año, en 45 pesos de oro común en cada año, bajo las condiciones que aquí se inscriben, cuyas tierras pertenecen al Convento.
