Nicolás de Pro, dueño de su recua, vecino de la ciudad de Puebla de los Angeles, vende a Doña María Aldoza de Vargas Matamoros, unas casas de piedra cubiertas de teja, y su solar cercado de pared, ubicadas en la Calle Real que va de la plaza para la ciudad de Veracruz; lindan por una parte, con casas que le dio en dote de su hija Pascuala Gonzáles a Cristóbal de Salcedo, cirujano; y por la otra, con casas que dejó Doña Aldonza de Vargas y hacen frente con casas de Alférez Antonio de Medina; las cuales hubo y heredó de sus padres Francisco de Pro y Leonor de Shagún, difuntos, libres de censo, hipoteca, empeño y otra enajenación, por el precio de 500 pesos de oro común, horros de alcabala.
