Don José Antonio Ruiz, vecino del pueblo de Perote, residente en esta cabecera de Jalapa, por poder para testar que tiene de su difunta madre doña Gertrudis Pérez Oropeza, otorga su testamento donde declara fue casada con don Antonio Moscoso, con quien procreó los hijos que tiene referidos en dicho poder, al cual se remite en todas sus cláusulas y disposiciones y se nombra por albacea en primer lugar y en segundo a su hermana doña Antonia de la Encarnación Moscoso y nombra como herederos a los hijos de la difunta.
