Doña María Francisca Fernández de Ulloa, viuda, de esta vecindad, otorga que renuncia el oficio público de escribano de esta ciudad, de que la otorgante es renunciataria, como consta de instrumento público autorizado en debida forma que tiene en su poder. Cuya renuncia hace en manos del Honorable Congreso del Estado Supremo Gobierno o de quien según derecho corresponda y a favor de doña Prisciliana Rascón, doncella, mayor de edad, de esta misma vecindad. Por lo que suplica al mismo Supremo Gobierno se digne en hacerle merced de él y mandar se le dé el competente título, precedida la aprobación del Honorable Congreso.
