Basilia Antonia, viuda, albacea y tenedora de bienes de José Matías Antonio Maldonado, en consorcio de don Francisco Martínez Gordillo, dijeron que por muerte de dicho Maldonado, quedaron los bienes aplicados a su menores hijos, la cantidad de 626 pesos de sus respectivas hijuelas, mismos que don Miguel José de Osorio, vecino del rancho de Paso de Varas, Jurisdicción de la Antigua, otorga que se obliga a pagar con sus réditos del 5 % anuales, a los menores o parte legítima en el término de 4 años, contados desde esta fecha, dando por su fiador a don Juan Manuel Rebolledo.
