El ciudadano Clemente Serdán, de esta vecindad, dijo que posee una casita de material, ubicada en esta ciudad frente al llano de los Berros, en terreno perteneciente a la cofradía de la Purísima, con su frente al oriente, lindando por sur con casa de Vicente Basurto, por norte con otra de Juana Basurto, y por poniente con la de Rita Saldana. Cuya casita deslindada, vende al ciudadano Juan Alba, en precio de 125 pesos.
