Por la presente y por solicitud de Barquín al comparente, éste otorga que se obliga como su fiador, para caucionar con las responsabilidades del susodicho corredor, según y cómo lo ordena la ley, sin que contra don Francisco Barquín, ni sus bienes se haga diligencia ni ejecución alguna.
