Alonso García Valero, vecino de esta villa, declara que el 3 de junio de 1651 compró en remate 3 caballerías de tierra que en esta jurisdicción tenía Martín Álvarez, vecino de ella, en 450 pesos de oro común, de los que se pagó 368 pesos a Blas Hernández, vecino de esta villa, [roto] asimismo, declara que la compra en remate la realizó en nombre de su primo el Alférez [Juan] García Valero, por lo cual dichas caballerías le pertenecen a éste.
