El extranjero don Berfor Wilson y don Ignacio González de Noriega, vecino de esta villa, el primero dijo que tiene que marchar a la ciudad de Mejico [México], y como extranjero debe recibir su pasaporte del Gobierno Supremo, en su defecto para que el señor Gobernador del Estado pueda dárselo provisional, presenta al segundo como su fiador. Por lo que González señala que se constituye fiador de Wilson y se compromete y obliga a responder y pagar aquello que sea condenado, señalando al cumplimiento de esta fianza, su persona y bienes habidos y por haber.
