Don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, Regidor Perpetuo de este Ilustre Ayuntamiento, otorga que vende a José Quesadas, de esta vecindad, un pedazo de solar eriazo, situado en la Calle de San Miguel, el cual se compone de 17 y tres cuartas varas de frente al poniente y 48 y cuarta de fondo, con un recodo de 6 varas, que por la parte opuesta tiene 57 varas de ancha, y por la del recodo 33 y media. Linda por su fondo con el caño de las aguas sobrantes de Techacapa, por la banda del norte con solar de María Candelaria Rodríguez, y por el opuesto con casa y solar que fue de Clara Amaya. Lo vende por precio de 200 pesos.
