Don Salvador Pérez, vecino de Tampico y residente en esta villa, otorga poder general a don Juan Nepomuceno de Urquía, administrador general de las rentas de este Estado de Veracruz, para que en nombre y en representación de su persona, deudas, derechos y acciones, demande, cobre y perciba judicial o extrajudicialmente de los bienes, herederos, o de quien más haya lugar, las cantidades de dinero, joyas u otras especies que le estuvieren debiendo o en adelante se le debieren. Asimismo, le da éste para lo defienda en todos sus pleitos, causas civiles y criminales, así demandando como defendiendo para todo lo cual le otorga poder.
