Magdalena de la Cruz, viuda de Luis Martín, vecina del pueblo de Xicochimalco, como nieta legítima y heredera de Francisco Pinto y Magdalena Calvo, dijo que su abuelo otorgó su testamento donde nombra como heredera a su mujer, quien vendió los sitios de tierra a Diego Méndez en 140 pesos de oro común, y éste los heredó a Tomás Méndez, su hijo, pero como no se entregó la escritura correspondiente por deberle una parte del dinero, que ahora le ha satisfecho, le otorga la escritura de venta de los 2 sitios de tierra ubicados en un paraje llamado Anenecuilco y el otro en la vereda del monte.
