Don Manuel de Cano y Valle, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que el Subteniente retirado, don José Antonio Espinosa, ha sido nombrado Colector de Peaje en la garita de México de esta ciudad, y para ejercer ese destino necesita una fianza de 1 000 pesos, por lo cual, otorga que se constituye fiador, liso, llano y principal pagador por el mencionado Espinosa, en razón del manejo relativo a la recaudación del referido peaje, y se obliga el otorgante a que si en el evento de que resultare algún descubierto, satisfará el que fuere hasta en cantidad de 1 000 pesos.
