Declara tiene deuda a Lucas de Careaga por 300 pesos, así como con a sus mozos las que se registran en una libreta. Entre sus bienes tiene 55 mulas de jarría, una parte de una hacienda de labor que tiene con sus hermanos. Nombra como albacea al Alférez Juan José Rincón y a José Antonio Rincón, y como heredera nombra a Antonia Molinar, su sobrina.
