Juan Tirado, mayordomo de la recua de Alonso Rivas de Peña, vecino de Tepeaca, manifestó que lleva cuatro indios, llamados Felipe, Diego, otro Diego y Melchor, y por mandato del Corregidor se le notificó que en conformidad de la ordenanza de 23 de agosto de 1623, se prohíbe que desde primero de junio hasta otros día después de San Francisco, que es a 5 de octubre de cada año, bajen a los indios a la citada ciudad.
