Gonzalo Blanco, arriero, estante en el pueblo de Orizaba, dijo que por cuanto Luis Muñoz Bravo, Escribano de esta provincia, tenía preso en cárcel pública de este pueblo a Baltazar Blanco, su hermano, por 80 pesos que le tomó de vino de una pipa que le entregó Francisco Hernández Franco, propiedad del dicho Luis Muñoz Bravo, y por hacer buena obra al dicho su hermano le dio 30 pesos de oro común, quedando líquidos 50 pesos que se obliga por la presente a pagar, sin que contra el dicho Baltazar se haga diligencia alguna, cantidad que pagará en el término de cuatro meses.
