Luis Muñoz de Arévalo, residente en el ingenio de Orizaba, dijo que por la justicia de la villa de Matapozuelos en los reinos de Castilla, su tutor y curador de su persona y bienes de Alonso de Arévalo, su hermano, por su orden y de sus propios dineros dio y pagó al Licenciado Bartolomé de Neira, residente en la dicha villa, 100 ducados de Castilla, y 13 000 maravedís y ahora a su noticia ha venido que doña Luisa de Vivero, persona que tiene su poder, le está tomando cuenta de su legítima y no le quiere pasar en cuenta las dichas partidas, por lo que pide a cualquier persona que le tomaren las dichas cuentas se las reciban en descargo.
