Rodrigo [de Vivero], Caballero del Hábito de Señor Santiago, da su poder a Juan de Aborruza para que pueda concertar con cualesquier acreedores suyos, en especial con los censatarios de las casas que eran de Martín de Aranguren, que son los racioneros [fulano] Muñoz, Pedro Osorio y Domingo de Arana, Mayordomo de la casa de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, y el doctor Pedro López y con la persona o personas que tienen a su cargo la casa de la Cofradía del [Santísimo Sacramento] y Caridad de la ciudad de [México], y concertar las arrobas de azúcares blancos o de espumas, al precio que bien le pareciere y que lo entregare en la ciudad de México o en las partes que se concertare.
